Renaissance Chamber Choir Performance

Renaissance Chamber Choir performed two song at the opening ceremony of "Oneness with Land & Co-existence with Society Acrylic Watercolour Exhibition of Chen Chia-Shang".

The songs are :

1) Getaran Jiwa (悸动的心灵)
2) Ye Lai Xiang （夜来香)



The performance was good even though we were unsure the right pitch at the beginning of the second song. But everything went well after that.

ATMAH Project Treasure Hunt 2006

I have joined the treasure hunt with a few colleagues last weekend. It was fun. No time to write. I'll post some pictures here and let them do the talking.

Karaoke Session With RC

This is interesting. Some of our RC members went for a karaoke session at SOGO RedBox last Saturday. It was a blast!!

I still remember I had a deal with Koon Poh that we're gonna sing karaoke on 1st September. Nothing special about that day. It's just because I was sure that I would've got my salary then. Which mean I would have money to go for some entertainment.

Then after the Singpore Trip, we found that there're actually quite a few of us who can sing. Well, actually all of us can sing. I mean karaoke maniac! So after some discussion and arrangement, we decided to go on 2nd September.

I enjoyed singing Hokkien song with Ms Woon. She taught me a hokkien song few days back. And we danced and sang like there's nobody there. It was really funny and memorable!



Ms. Woon really like to make funny voice and jokes around with her special voice and sound effect! I joined her at times to add the fun! Hahahaha... I also enjoy being the back-up singer and dancer when other were singing. (Guess I am being an idiotic person!!!)

Well, I got to sing quite a number of songs too. After screaming and yelling like a patients who has just been released from Tanjung Rambutan, I don't think I sing professionally well that night. Just enjoy the singing session. But I found there're a few people who can really sing well such as Sook Siah and Koon Loong.

Sook Siah was having flu and not really feeling well actually. But she still attend the karaoke session and had fun with us. Guess she really love to sing. She sang pretty good that night. Eventhough she is professional and singing classical song, she can sing pop songs too!

It's really an ear-opening for me to have the opportunity to hear Koon Loong sing that night. I was told earlier that he can really sing well and often sing karaoke. Not that I don't believe he can sing well but I really want to listen with my own ears. So that night I got the chance! Damn, he can sing! Everybody was enjoying his low sexy voice... ehem, well I have to agree with his self-claimed title - "The KTV King!". Bravo, brother!



We sang until 12am++ that night. The only thing that I dislike about the whole session is that the food SUCKS! Neway offer better buffet! But it's amazingly cheap. Only RM 34 per person.Hmm... what more can I ask for?!

I enjoyed the karaoke session. I guess it's so far the best karaoke session I've ever had in my life! Thanks brothers and sisters!!! Love y'al!

Life is getting boring...

I realised my life is getting less interesting as I grow. Perhaps because most of my time is spent on working. The remaining time which is so little is spent on choir, I guess.

I missed my student life when I could choose not to attend a class or wake up late in the afternoon. I missed the time when I could do anything I want at anytime as long as I finished my homework and assignment. Time was not a constraint to me.

Gosh, I really need to spice up my boring life!
